2-6 week TEMP POSITIONS AVAILABLE- MUST RESPOND ASAP!

Qualifications:
• Must possess current LVN/LPN License
• Must possess current BCLS Certification
• Minimum one year experience required within the last three years as a LVN/LPN
• Must have a clean record and be able to pass a federal background check

Minimum 1 year experience within the last 3 years as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse. Experience requirement may be waived by the Department Chie or his/her designee.
Life Support Training Must have maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification during the contract period of performance. Certifications must be obtained through an American Heart Association and/or Red Cross approved training program
Must pass a unit specific competency based orientation
Have completed and passed a required medication test which will be administered by the unit in which the nurse will work. Test is to determine ability to calculate medication dosage, and to verify familiarization with medications common to the facility. A grade of 80% is considered passing
All contract LVN/LPN will ensure that they receive OSHA – Occupational Safety and Health Administration required training
Must comply with the health and immunization requirements as stated in the basic contract entitiled Health and Immunization Requirements: Physical Immunization Form, HIV, Hep B, MMR, DPT/Td, Varicella, Polio, Annual Influenza, TB
